Alliance Centropolis, also known as the World Trade Center Batumi, is a multifunctional complex on Rustaveli Avenue in central Batumi, about 50 meters from the sea and close to Ardagani Park and Lake and the dancing fountains. It is being developed by Alliance Group, with the hotel operated under the Hyatt Centric brand and the project carrying the first World Trade Center in the region.
The concept brings together branded residences, A-class offices, World Trade Center exhibition space, A-class retail, and a casino. It is positioned as a year-round, non-seasonal hub rather than a summer-only seafront tower. The complex is under construction, with completion reported for 2028; the date should be confirmed with the developer.
Three towers of roughly 45 to 50 floors are united by a podium, on a site of more than 18,000 square meters, with a total construction area of around 420,000 square meters. Reported project investment is in the region of $380M to $420M. These figures come from public sources and the developer, and exact tower heights and the investment figure should be confirmed.
Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments range from roughly 30 to 84 square meters, with sea and mountain views and interiors designed in Italy.
Public listings quote a wide price range and a third-party yield estimate, but Profitkey holds exact figures until they are confirmed against the developer's current price list and official terms. Until then this page presents the project profile and location only. Speak with us for the latest verified pricing and payment plan.
