Most agencies try to be everything, everywhere. In October 2025 we did the opposite. We signed a cooperation memorandum with NB Tower, a Tbilisi developer, agreeing to send each other's clients to whoever has the real local expertise.
How the referral works
We focus on Adjara and Batumi, where we have worked for 14 years. NB Tower, which partners with the Premium Group, focuses on Tbilisi and other regions. A buyer who comes to us looking for Tbilisi is introduced to them, and a buyer who reaches NB Tower looking for the coast is introduced to us. No one is handed to a generalist guessing at a city they do not work in daily.
Why we think it beats the alternative
The usual instinct in this business is to keep every lead and figure out the rest later. Our director Nata Samnidze framed the partnership around a different goal, accurate and transparent information about the market. NB Tower's Nona Bakhtadze called it a strategic step toward broader service and better financial products. A referral you can trust is worth more to us than a sale we are not equipped to serve well.
