Alliance Group

Alliance Group describes itself as the first Georgian developer to build modern residential complexes in Batumi (from 2005), to introduce the aparthotel concept, and to integrate international hotel brands into mixed-use complexes. By the company's own account it has completed around 25 large-scale projects, built more than 2 million square meters, and invested up to roughly $845M across its portfolio, with brand collaborations including Marriott and Hyatt.
