He brings a sales background built in Batumi's property market combined with years of public-sector experience in negotiation and regulatory compliance. That mix means he is comfortable handling both the relationship side of a deal and the practical, process-heavy parts that foreign buyers often find confusing.

He knows the Batumi market well and gives the same investor-first advisory approach as the rest of the ProfitKey team. He is fluent in English and Russian, with working Polish and Ukrainian, which helps clients coordinating across multiple countries.
