Like House

Like House is a Batumi developer in business since 2006, a holding of around seven companies with more than 250 staff and roughly fifteen completed objects. Its flagship is Blue Sky Tower, the first Holiday Inn Resort in Georgia, a project valued at around GEL 200M on the Alley of Heroes, about 500 meters from the sea and beside the stadium. The hotel operation is overseen by HSC Group, a hospitality management partner. Headline figures are the company's own.
