Gumbati Group

Gumbati Group was founded in 1998 and was among the first companies to start large-scale construction in Batumi, beginning in reconstruction and repair before moving into residential and commercial development from 2005. By its own account it has built more than 1,000,000 square meters over roughly 26 years, employs around 300 people, holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, produces its own building materials, and has built two Olympic-standard stadiums. It has offered hotel services in residential projects since 2019 and apart-hotels since 2020, with in-house interiors (Gumbati Art), design, and property-management divisions. It builds across Batumi, Gonio and Kvariati; projects include Strada, Montemar, Gumbati Residence, Black Sea Towers, Portline, Boulevard Point and Midtown. Headline figures are the company's own.
